REBEL SUPPORT

This isn’t a program. It’s a rebellion.

Rebel Support is my 1:1 coaching space for women who are done with shrinking, silencing, and second-guessing themselves.
We blend Rebel Nutrition—a no-rules approach to food—with Reclamation—the work of coming back to your body like it’s home, not a project.

This is not another plan.
It’s not about control, weight loss, or fixing yourself.
It’s about eating, resting, and reconnecting in a way that actually supports your real, lived life.

  • Dismantling food rules + restriction

  • Understanding hunger, fullness, and satisfaction

  • Creating rhythms around food, not rigid plans

  • Rebuilding trust with your body

  • Releasing shame, “shoulds,” and self-judgment

  • Returning to a body that’s not broken—but yours

WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE.

This isn’t a plan to follow. It’s a space to come home to yourself—with real, practical support every step of the way.

6 weekly 1:1 coaching sessions (60 mins on Zoom or phone call)

Each week we’ll explore a new theme—from unlearning food rules and honouring hunger, to finding satisfying movement and reclaiming body trust. It’s structured support with room to be fully human.

Weekly journal prompts + Rebel tools
Reflections, mindset shifts, and bite-sized practices to help you go deeper between sessions—no fluffy B.S, just freedom-building.

Welcome guide + optional Rebel Recipe Pack

You’ll start with clarity—and if food inspiration helps, I’ll share my favourite no-rules, deeply satisfying ideas. No macros. No meal plans. Just nourishment.

Real Support. No Pressure. Just Truth.
